Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window that begins on the order date (the day your purchase was placed).

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the order date
  • Include all original components and packaging
  • Not be excessively damaged or misused

If you received a replacement and wish to return your order, both the original item and replacement must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

How to start a return:

Email support@arlozo.com within 30 days of your order date to request return authorization and instructions.

All returns must be shipped within the same 30-day window.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To process a claim, we require:

  • Photo or video of the issue
  • Photo of the packaging and shipping label

This helps us resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping protection / insurance add-ons
  • Extended warranty plans
  • Free promotional items

If your order included any of the above, refunds will apply only to eligible items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Email support@arlozo.com

Missing Items

If your order is missing items, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photo of all items received
  • Photo of the packing slip (if available)
  • Photo of the shipping label

Claims made after this window may not be eligible due to carrier limitations.
